RHS Health MAP™

Chart Your Health Path

We developed our RHS Health MAP™ to (M)easure, (A)ssess, (P)lan your individualized path to a long healthspan of impacting the world and the lives of those you love.

Measure

Our RHS Health MAP begins with a set of five screening tests that measure early disease to estimate your level of rusting. Personal Rust Analysis

Assess

Whether or not we identify significant abnormalities that suggest you are rusting, we assess the many engines of chronic disease. These are the many known root causes of body pollution, the toxic waste of metabolism that cause you to rust. Identifying and treating them before they cause visible damage is true preventive medicine. Examples include, but are not limited to, unknown insulin resistance, sleep apnea, high risk oral bacteria entering your blood stream, “smoldering” autoimmune diseases, high blood pressure, low vitamin D and several others.

Plan

We develop an individualized plan based on your results.

Healthy lifestyle choices involve creating good habits, which isn’t always easy and can be overwhelming. We try to limit you to only tackle one lifestyle change at a time. You may find that flossing and using mouth rinses is more important than weight loss!

Once we identify your needs, we don’t leave you at the alter! We may recommend supplements and, if damage is identified, prescription medication. We help coach you to reach your goals in ways that work for you.
