Relationships and Spiritual Health

Spiritual health is not religion.

We believe that every human was created for a purpose, to love.

Spiritual health is having a volition to love, to discover choices needed to walk the perfect path of life that will allow us to come, “closest to the pin,” maybe even hit a hole-in-one!

A home cannot run only on its 110 circuit.  It will burn out without the support of its 220 circuit.  They need to function in harmony.

So too will our physical health burn out if we neglect our unseen, immeasurable spiritual health.   They need to function in harmony.

Robust spiritual health starts with relationships.  Strive vigorously to add value, to help, to love all beings that are in our life.

Love free from self-focus, conceit, and vanity.

Love is the foundation of health!
