What is Optimal Health?
Optimal health is a level of health where your body’s natural defense mechanisms can function optimally. One who has attained optimal health has turned off all chronic inflammation and oxidation. They have also prepared an environment that allows their body to respond quickly and effectively when invaders such as infections, cancer cells, and toxins intrude. Once this normal necessary oxidation reaction is complete, a person who is optimally healthy is able to clear the oxidative byproducts effectively.
Habits of Health vs. Habits of Disease
Optimal health, doesn’t require perfection! One cheeseburger or piece of pizza is not a problem.
It’s actually quite simple. Habits of health lead to optimal health, and habits of disease inevitably lead to sickness. By maximally implementing habits of health in your life, you can significantly alter the course of your health path.
Although attaining an optimal weight and exercise are necessary to attain optimal health, being optimally healthy is much more than that. Those who are motivated can learn all the habits that will lead you to optimal health, and potentially a higher level of ultra health.
We don’t tell you to break bad habits. We teach you good habits. If they are effectively implemented, they will water-down and eliminate the addictive pull of many habits of disease, which often go unrecognized.
