Meet the Team

Dr. Charles Whitney earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and is board-certified in Family Medicine. Prior to founding RHS in 2004, he served seven years as a physician in the United States Air Force, including as Director of Emergency Services at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, and later spent six years practicing within the University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Dr. Whitney is ReCODE 2.0 Certified through Apollo Health and has completed advanced physician training in the Bale-Doneen Method of heart attack and stroke prevention. He previously held board certification in Sports Medicine and has a special interest in cognitive health, cardiovascular optimization, and cancer prevention.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Whitney has held national leadership positions within the concierge medicine profession and has been recognized by Concierge Medicine Today as one of the nation’s leading concierge physicians. He has also been named a Philadelphia Magazine Top Doctor for 13 consecutive years.

Amanda oversees the day-to-day operations of RHS with a focus on creating a seamless patient experience.  From patient onboarding to practice development, she helps to ensure every aspect of the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

Haley is often the first friendly voice patients hear when contacting RHS. She coordinates scheduling, answers questions, assists with membership inquiries, and helps ensure a seamless experience before, during, and after each visit. Her goal is to make every patient feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the very first interaction.

Amy plays a central role in the clinical experience at RHS.  From performing blood draws to coordinating advanced testing and expertly managing insurance pre-authorizations, she helps patients feel informed and supported throughout their care journey.
