2017 Patient Survey Results

We had more than 100 responses to our RHS Quality Assurance Survey in November. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and ideas with us. Because our goal is to improve our practice and provide our patients with the services you care most about, our team has read every entry and response. We have summarized the results of the survey and quoted some of the comments we received below. We were blown away by your kind compliments and motivated by your suggestions for improvement.

67% of respondents say ACCESS is most important to them.
94% of respondents value our annual Wellness Evaluation.
89% of respondents say the Personalized Wellness Plan is useful.
